I should clarify better: why you need connected teachers, who have a great awareness of our body and not just people who do it to be "cool," make money and mimic practices they understand so little. A yoga teacher should be an advanced guru. Attempting to teach people things you do not completely understand is darkness because you will pass along teachings that could cause more confusion, discourage those who seek betterment and even cause unnecessary suffering.

I see this way too much with people who have their first awakenings, begin to ask what is yoga and people who find me after looking into others. Very few people should call themselves a "yoga teacher." Many people can call themselves a "stretching facilitator" or a "flexibility coach." Still, few of these people have been to the mountains to conquer their demons to provide the necessary instruction to take people beyond their awakenings to operate at levels few have ever experienced or even enlightenment.
I haven't stepped into the role of a yoga teacher or shaman to be cool or make money. The last thing I ever want to do again is be "cool" and I can make so much more money in endless other ways. I have stepped into these roles because I am called, I'm needed and too many others are failing. So few teach you your power because so few know their power.
WHAT IS YOGA? HOW TO DO YOGA:
Too many people ask, "Is yoga just stretching?" Although it is a big part it is not the sole purpose. Yoga should never be a distraction. Yoga should be a sacred session of getting to know yourself. The word means "join" or "union." With the right yoga teacher and instruction, you will connect and enter advanced states where you will obtain answers and heal. Yes, sitting quietly in lotus position will calm you down and make you feel good, but a yoga teacher should be taking you well beyond simply feeling good; you can do that on your own. Yoga for beginners is hiking in nature or just sitting in stillness and silence. A true guru and yoga teacher will help you join "God," AKA, your higher self. How to do yoga will be told differently by all who tell, but only those with the greatest awareness and connection should be teaching you.
A yoga teacher needs to get into your brain and help you rewire damage done by whispers of darkness, to help you stop conjuring darkness by creating harmful emotions and living in fear. A true yogi or shaman will battle with you to help you repent and take responsibility for the darkness you bring to this world. It takes much courage to go to the light, but you will never master yourself without doing so. Most "yoga teachers" know that calling out people's darkness will lose many of their clients and students and this is why so many of them, especially in America, incorporate destructive psychology and American therapy sessions, as they provide them excuses to continue the way they are such as living "their truth." "Your truth" is only a clever way of continuing to lie about what you really are.
What is Yoga? The Different Types of Yoga:
Ashtanga or Power Yoga: A more demanding style that involves quickly moving from one posture to another.
Bikram or Hot Yoga: A series of 26 poses performed in a heated room. I highly advise against this. It is extremely damaging to the brain to overheat the head, especially while exercising. The skull is very thin.
Hatha Yoga: Teaches you that yoga is much more than bending and twisting. It is about balance. It is about channeling energy and charging.
Kundalini Yoga: My favorite type of yoga that I begin each of my Awakening Sessions with. I focus on movements to loosen the spine and allow energy and lymphatic flow to detox and connect. Intense breathwork and kriyas may be added to help induce kundalini release.
Vinyasa Yoga: A flowing yoga coordinated with your breath that is a little more of a demanding exercise.
So is yoga stretching? Yes, but it is not just stretching. It is listening to your body and having your body tells you what needs to be done to allow energy to flow the best ways. The ultimate goal of yoga is entering a state of constant meditation where one truly knows oneself. I wrote about this in my first book before I had my advanced kundalini awakenings. This was when I was just getting a taste of peace, power and what could be. Seeking more is what lead me here. As most pretend their suffering is necessary and unavoidable, I have most certainly proved it is not and I will lead all who seek truth and wish to leave behind all fear. Please start here:
It was my quest to operate at the highest levels that lead me here. I never planned on doing yoga or becoming a yoga teacher; it is just what happens when you arrive. You understand purpose is gathering as much knowledge as possible and giving it back to as many people as possible. I hope you can now answer the question, "What is yoga?" when someone asks you. I will soon be releasing a few different yoga sessions that you follow along with at home. Stay tuned and follow me on social media @thenickhawk Satnam.
