MY TYPICAL DAY

WAKE UP 6AM

I sleep until I am fully rested and healed. I wouldn't dare turn my brain on and start my day before doing so. You usually need one or two more full sleep cycles after you first become conscious in the morning. I sleep nine hours every night and go to bed at the same time.

NO PHONE

Do not touch your phone for at least 30 minutes after waking up. We will not ascend when we wake up and plug into the lost world

TEETH CARE

You must immediately brush the bad bacteria out of your mouth & rinse.

Brush your teeth with a soft bristle brush and in circles to clean out the gum line. Many people brush too hard and too much and take off the protective layer of enamel.

HYDRATE

We are the most dehydrated in the morning. After brushing, add minerals and electrolytes to a glass bottle of water and drink 10 oz.

WAKE UP WITH THE SUN

Apply moisturizer every morning; the sun will heal you and help with sleep(circadian rhythm), if you are hydrated with minerals, moisturized and you do not over expose. Get sun on ALL body parts.

AFFIRMATIONS

You should have a continually changing daily affirmation that you repeat three or more times to reprogram for more peace and power. I post them daily in my Insta and FB stories for examples.

Stretch and do kundalini yoga movements to wake up, detox and energize your body while connecting.

NUTRIENTS

Eat self sprouted broccoli seeds.

Drink collagen protein, metal tested cocoa powder, creatine and inulin with some extra amino acids.

DO SOME BUSINESS

Check emails, schedule and handle business.

Usually 1 cup of mixed nuts(soaked),

1 cup of fruit and some yogurt or honey.
